Mustafa Noyan, an experienced civil engineer, joined the team in 1986.
Arken Architecture and Engineering Ltd , specializing in architecture and engineering, expedited its growth by accomplishing numerous housing and living space projects in Famagusta, İskele, and other places. Site projects in the İskele region began when Architect Ahmet Noyan joined the board of directors in 1999, expanding the possibility of handling other large settlements and site projects in the Famagusta and İskele regions until today.

Zarif Noyan , Ahmet Noyan's wife, joined the Noyanlar Group of Companies in 2000 and worked in different departments until 2006 when she assumed the position of Sales Manager, having successfully attended various training and seminars to develop relevant expertise in the field. In 2010, Zarif Noyan rose to the rank of Sales and Overseas Promotion Director and became a member of the Board of Directors. THE BEGINNING OF THE ROAD
Between 1971 and 1974, the high architect Gökhan Noyan managed to undertake many projects that he did for private companies as well as individual projects.
UNIFYING POWER
In early 1975, civil engineer Mustafa Noyan, joined forces with Gökhan Noyan to embark on larger projects in the fields of architecture and construction.
FROM AN ARCHITECTURAL OFFICE TO A FAMILY BUSINESS
Initially, Gökhan Noyan and a friend established the Arken Architecture and Engineering Bureau as a partnership, and in the following years, the company’s initial partner transferred its shares to Sultan Noyan, and the Arken Architecture and Engineering Bureau turned into a family company.
THE NEW NAME OF OUR FAMILY
The company was renamed Noyanlar Constructions LTD in 1994.
WE ARE GETTING STRONGER
in 1999, young architect Ahmet Noyan, the son of Master architect Gökhan Noyan, joined the company. His entrepreneurial talent has further developed the company. Later, he founded Gökhan Noyan & Son LTD with his father. with, the foundations of the first major site project were laid. However, the company has started to make successful investments from Famagusta to Iskele in a short time and has started to show steady development. In addition, the Famagusta Office also began to provide services during this period.
