We had a break to service we offer you while Covid-19 affect the whole World. With the transition to the normalization process, we are excited to meet you again. However, our priority is to have high opinion of our customer’s and staff’s health in daily life.
In order to serve you again during the normalization process, we have worked with all our
employees, especially to comply with all the recommendations of the World Health
Organization. We carried out essential hygiene measures, trainings and inspections.
Accordingly:
* Disinfection and sanitation operations were carried out in general areas.
* Quality and hygiene standards have been increased for food and water safety.
* Information about necessary measures is provided at the reception.
* There are applications in the guest rooms that will minimize the risk of contamination.
* Restaurant, bar & room service services have been rearranged to protect social distance and take measures to reduce the risk of contamination.
* The therapies and applications in the spa and fitness center have been rearranged with high level hygiene measures.
The precautions and practices taken above include a careful and periodically ongoing process.
In this process, we would like to extend our thanks to our employees who have never withheld their support, and have contributed significantly to taking and maintaining measures with devotion.
Find below 12 rules to help slow the spread of COVID-19:
1. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, scrubbing thoroughly.
2. Practice social distancing. Keep a distance of at least 3-4 steps (approximately 2 meters) from people when possible.
3. Cover the mouth and nose with tissues when coughing or sneezing; use the inside of the elbow if no tissues are available.
4. Avoid close contact, such as shaking hands and hugging.
5. Do not touch your eyes, mouth, or nose with your hands.
6. Ventilate your environments frequently.
7. Wash your clothes with normal detergent at 60-90°.
8. Clean your frequently used surfaces, such as door handles, light fixtures, and sinks with water and detergent daily.
9. If you have cold symptoms, stay away from the elderly and from patients with chronic diseases. Do not go out without wearing a mask.
10. Do not share any of your personal belongings, such as towels.
11. Stay hydrated, eat a balanced diet, and pay attention to your sleep patterns.
12. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, and shortness of breath, wear a mask and immediately contact a healthcare provider.
